Why Does My E liquid Look Yellow?
If your vape juice appears yellow, it’s likely due to a higher nicotine strength. Low nicotine e-liquids start off clear but may develop a yellowish tinge over time due to nicotine oxidation.
Flavourings can also influence the colour. For instance, a vanilla-flavored e-liquid with high nicotine content will initially appear yellow, then darken over time. This is a result of the reaction between the vanillin concentrate (which provides the vanilla flavor) and nicotine.
